How can I book a tour?
You can book directly through our website. Just choose your tour, select a date and number of people, and pay a deposit to confirm your reservation.
Do I need to pay the full amount in advance?
No, only a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour, in cash, via Revolut, or PayPal, depending on the tour.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour. If you cancel within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. In cases of illness or bad weather, please contact us – we’re here to help.
Can the tour itinerary change?
Yes. For boat tours with multiple stops, the itinerary may change due to weather or sea conditions. Your safety is our priority, and we will always aim to provide the best possible alternative.
What happens if the tour is cancelled by Best of Zadar?
If the minimum number of participants is not met, or in the case of technical issues (e.g. boat or vehicle failure), the tour will be cancelled and your deposit will be fully refunded.
Are all tours guided?
Most of our tours are led by experienced local guides or skippers who speak English and are happy to share stories and insights about the region.
Are the tours suitable for children and elderly guests?
Yes, most tours are suitable for all ages. If you have specific needs or concerns, feel free to contact us – we’ll gladly help you choose the most suitable option.
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothes, swimwear (for boat or beach tours), sunscreen, a hat, and water. Don’t forget your camera – there will be plenty of photo opportunities!
